Position Summary:
This is a senior supply chain management position
with senior Operations, Division and Business unit leadership as its
internal client base. This position manages external consultants and
represents Clorox at trade forums and cross-company leadership
exchanges. As a member of the Global Design & Policy team, this
position involves the discovery, design and development of strategic
supply chain projects. Projects include supply chain network design,
process and policy creation, supply chain capability assessment, and
extensive data analysis. The GDP team is responsible for the PSO value
agenda and developing supply chain strategic solutions necessary to
deliver Business Unit product and market needs.

Required Qualifications:
- 10 -15 years of
progressive supply chain management experience spanning more than one
functional discipline (functional disciplines may include: procurement,
planning, manufacturing operations, logistics, customer management,
supply chain finance)
- Bachelor, Advanced degree preferred
- Strategic and systems thinking
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to draw conclusions from
unfamiliar information
- Deep knowledge of supply chain interdependencies
- Curiosity
- Ability to simplify and communicate complex solutions
- Deep understanding of process value and design concepts
- Initiative, must be highly self directed and a self starter
- Ability to plan and deliver project work in a timey manner
- Flexibility, must be able to management and prioritize planned and
unplanned work
